Bishop of the Mar Thoma North America and Europe Diocese visited Ottawa on Nov 19, 2022. A Holy communion service was held at the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church. Thirumeni also conducted First Communion Service for five young children of the Parish. A special Public Meeting was held was the service.
