Picnic Registration
| Single or Family | Please register using the category Family (2 Adults plus children under 18) or Single (if you are families with more than 2 adults). Registration of children also required for counts. |
| Program | Holy Communion will begin at 9:00 AM at the Baxster Interpretive center. After service, we will walk to the Gazebo for the picnic. There is a Beach nearby with access to a swimming area. Bring your own swim wear, towels, safety gear and change of clothes, if you or your children wish to go for a swim. The Interpretive center with washroom facility and Kitchen and the camp area will both be accessible to us all day. |
| Cancellation | Reply to the confirmation email to cancel any registrations 72 hours before the event. Cancellation required if you cannot attend as we will be ordering food based on registration. |
| Photography | Event pictures will be taken and some of your pictures or your families pictures may be posted on the Church website or other Church Social media sites. |
